Media Team
Creativity
This team focuses on managing the association's social media presence by creating content, boosting engagement, and growing our membership base.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and designing posts for publishing.

Monitoring accounts and interacting with followers.

Creating strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Tracking performance and analyzing data to improve content.

Training Team
Knowledge Sharing
This team focuses on identifying and organizing training courses that enhance the academic and professional development of our members.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing members' training needs.

Developing plans and organizing course schedules.

Coordinating with trainers and managing the delivery of courses.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and analyzing their outcomes.

Identifying and coordinating financial support for training initiatives.​​​
Dialogues & Projects Team
Research and Innovation
This team is dedicated to developing and organizing engineering initiatives and projects that support our members and the Syrian community both in Syria and the UK. This includes reconstruction projects as well as technical and engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Brainstorming new ideas for initiatives and projects.

Collecting and organizing project proposals submitted by members.

Facilitating discussions and workshops to develop project ideas.

Planning and managing the execution of projects.

Conducting on-site supervision and monitoring project implementation.
PR & Networking Team

This team plays a pivotal role in forging connections between the Engineering Society and key organizations (UK, Syria, international) as well as influential individuals to maximize our impact. Additionally, they are responsible for developing efficient systems for managing our membership.
