Welcome to the website of the Syrian British Engineering & Built Environment Association. This website is intended to provide information about the Association, its objectives, activities, and events, and to facilitate communication with interested parties. 1. About the Association

The Syrian British Engineering & Built Environment Association (hereinafter referred to as "SBEBEA") is a voluntary association dedicated to bringing together Syrian expertise in engineering and the built environment in the UK. SBEBEA aims to build an integrated network to support, develop, and empower the Syrian engineering and professional community in the UK, while establishing effective communication bridges with engineering and professional institutions and organisations in Syria and the UK. It also strives to contribute to the reconstruction of Syria's future by supporting projects that adopt the latest engineering practices and environmental standards, reflecting its commitment to professional responsibility and community service.

2. Website Use

2.1. This website is provided for informational purposes, to promote SBEBEA events, and to enable individuals to register for events, volunteer, contribute, or otherwise engage with SBEBEA.

3.2. SBEBEA reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions and to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who engages in prohibited conduct.

4. Event Registration and Participation

4.1. Registration for events through this website constitutes your agreement to comply with any rules or guidelines provided for that specific event.

4.2. SBEBEA events are generally offered free of charge. However, SBEBEA welcomes voluntary donations to support its activities. The provision of events free of charge does not create any contractual obligation on behalf of SBEBEA.

4.3. SBEBEA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events at its discretion. In such cases, registered participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

4.4. SBEBEA is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants as a result of event changes or cancellations.

5.1. SBEBEA collects personal information through this website for the purposes of event registration, volunteer/contributor recruitment, and communication.
